exChange uses stretch sensing technology to detect a person’s inhalation and exhalation. After detecting breath, a small fan inflates and deflates a thin plastic membrane. As one person breathes, the other persons device will inflate and deflate, mimicking an exchanged breathing pattern between two individuals.
